What happens after I schedule an inspection from the web site?
Soon after you schedule an inspection from the web site, you will get an email that provides a link to an inspection agreement and payment arrangements. Once these items are completed, you will receive one more email confirming that you inspection has been scheduled.
Do I need to attend the inspection?
No one is required to be at the home during the inspection. We will deliver the inspection report to the email address you provided when the inspection was scheduled. However, it is a good if you can make time to stop by near the end of the inspection so that the inspector can show you what he found. Although all of the information will be included in the inspection report, being there allows you to see the issues and ask questions etc.
